Fees are as follows (all fees are in Euro, 19% VAT will be added):

Industry - Super Early Bird: 
(until 31 December 2026):  € 799 net + VAT

Industry - Early Bird: 
(until 15 February 2027):  € 999 net + VAT

Industry - Regular: 
(from 16 February 2027):  € 1299 net + VAT

Regulatory Authorities:  
€ 299 net + VAT

EXTEDO Pre-Conference Training (10 May 2027):  
€ 500 net + VAT

User Group Meetings: Please note that to guarantee the best experience for all participants, the places in the User Group Meetings and Roundtables are reserved for customers using the respective product.

Cancellation Policy

Can’t attend? You can transfer your registration to a colleague free of charge at any time by notifying us at marketingteam@cormeo.com – no cancellation fee applies.

If you wish to cancel your registration instead, please notify us in writing at marketingteam@cormeo.com. The following cancellation charges apply, calculated on the net registration fee (plus applicable VAT):

- Cancellations received on or before 28  February 2027: 25% cancellation charge
- Cancellations received on or before 31 March 2027: 50% cancellation charge
- Cancellations received after 31 March 2027: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)
